At any rate, you certainly have a better understanding of all this Xmodem, Ymodem, Zmodem, AardvaarkModem etc .. There are certainly other sophisticated protocols out there and new ones joining the flock every day, but few that can match the power and features of Zmodem. (My own opinion, not a paid solicitation .... ). So read your comm program docs, get the latest version of DSZ.ARC, (definitely register it!) and start flying with the big boys!
